The creation of the company started with Brent being called out one day to a restaurant project. There he saw a wine cellar that was illuminated by a wonderful array of micro-LED lights. He asked the contractor for the packaging, and he told Brent that it had already been recycled. Brent then went out to the trash bin area and proceeded to rifle through the bins. He finally found the packaging for the LED lights. He did further research, found the manufacturer, visited them, and eventually had them make products for him. This was the beginning of Kelvix.
According to Brent, the best thing about the business is that whenever he shows clients a new product, they have never seen anything like it. However, it takes time for clients to get used to things that are totally new, and they want to make sure it actually works. The engineers and designers at Kelvix help speed up this process so that clients know they can trust their products.
